Vivero 75 is an inviting 5000+ sqft villa. With 4 Bedrooms, multiple seating areas in Living room, Kitchen, Private Pool and Jacuzzi it is no wonder all of our guests become enamored with it.

Enjoy the hot tub or a dip in our private pool after a long day of golf or one of many other activities on the resort.
In our effort to provide unparalleled accommodations, we have taken the time to handicap enable multiple areas of our villa. From the entry ways to the swimming pool, a series of simple ramps allow chair users to access all areas of the villa with minimal to no help.

Our 3 spacious guest quarters are equip with 2 Queen size beds per room, full bath and views of either the pool, flower court yard and or fish pond with water fall.
Our master quarters is a relaxing Caribbean retreat with a King size bed and native accents that embody Dominican culture. From the master you have direct access to the rear gazebo. A wooden walkway over a fish pond joins the two areas.
Don't worry if the kids or your family member(s) are in the jacuzzi outside, you have your own in the master quarters. Enjoy!!!
